Between sessions, you may receive personalized practices, meditations, breathwork, journaling prompts, movement explorations, or embodiment exercises to support integration and deepen the process.
Transformation does not happen only during our time together. It happens through the relationship you cultivate with yourself in between sessions.
Because no two women are the same, no two journeys will ever look exactly alike.
