The Breathe • Move • Feel Method

Breathe • Move • Feel

A living methodology for investigating, clearing and embodying new possibilities.

I didn’t set out to create a method.

For years, I worked with women through breathwork, movement, meditation, energy work, subconscious reprogramming, ceremony and transformational processes.

The tools changed. The women changed. The stories changed.

But underneath it all, I was doing the same thing.

Investigating what was really going on.
Clearing what was keeping the experience repeating.
And finding a way for something new to be experienced, not only understood.

Over time it beacame clear this wasn’t simply what I did in sessions.

It was how I worked.

What emerged from years of practice became:

Breathe · Move · Feel

A living methodology for investigating, clearing and embodying new possibilities.

BREATHE MOVE FEEL

Not steps. Not a formula.

This is where change becomes lived.

Breath, movement, feeling, sound, stillness, meditation — whatever the moment calls for.

These are ways of bringing what we uncover into the body, so a new possibility doesn't remain another thing you understand.

You experience it.

You practice it.

You live it.

HOW WE WORK

The method stays. The tools change.

No two sessions need to look the same.

We may talk. We may question. We may work with the subconscious or the energetic field. We may breathe, move, meditate, sit in silence, work with sound, write, or create a practice for you to take into your everyday life.

I don’t choose a technique and fit you into it.

We discover what we’re actually working with first. Then we listen for what is needed.

This work might be for you if…

You know yourself pretty damn well AND still surprise yourself with your own patterns.

You’ve done inner work, but you’re not interested in spending the rest of your life healing.

You can recognize some of your patterns — maybe even where they began — but understanding them hasn’t necessarily changed what keeps happening.

There’s an area of your life that feels smaller, tighter, harder or more repetitive than you know it could be.

You’re curious enough to look underneath the story you already know.

You don’t want someone telling you who to become. You want someone willing to investigate with you, challenge what needs challenging, and listen for what you may not be hearing yet.

You’re willing to work with what becomes visible, not just understand it.

And somewhere inside you, you know there is more life available.

Not another version of you to perfect.

More of your actual life to live.
